Back in the now dim and distant summer when the temperatures hit 30 degrees it was the turn of Stephanie and Tom to get married at St Mary’s church in Brent Eleigh before heading back to the family house a short drive away to continue the festivities. The weather during the week leading up to the wedding had been pretty ropey with lots of rain and strong winds but come Saturday morning the sun made an appearance and the temperature soared. Whilst the heat in the daytime was pretty intense it did at least mean that in the evening once the sun had begun to go down, we were treated to the most incredible sunset.
Stephanie has two horses that she adores and the evening sunlight, beautiful bride and impressive horses made for some wonderful pictures. So here we go …
Bridal preparations in the family house in Brent Eleigh, Suffolk
Whilst I was at the house photographing Stephanie, my assistant Cameron headed to the pub to catch up with Tom and the rest of the boys. There seemed to be a recurring theme throughout the day amongst the boys of dishing out press ups as forfeits. The reason for the forfeit seemed to be a bit random but no one seemed to mind too much as long as someone was doing a press-up.
Love this picture of Stephanie, her Dad and bridesmaids all arriving at the church
Speeches were good with plenty of great facial expressions!
Bit random yes!
Check out that evening sunlight!
